Diesel Owners Rejoice

Once again diesel fuel is cheaper than gasoline! Diesel vehicles now not only get better fuel economy, they also pay less per gallon. I understand it is a function of demand. However, it seems that diesel should always be cheaper than gas. Diesel requires less refinning than gas. It is cheaper to produce. So why not cheaper to buy?
