Have you heard the tragic suicide of Michael Blosil highlights the need for more understanding of mental illness, especially of depression, especially in teens. Obviously, having a population in therapy all the time or loaded on pills all the time is impractical, but teen suicide and mental disorders certainly deserve more study. It's worth more than a few payday loans worth into some research. Hopefully Marie Osmond can find some measure of peace. Suicide is one of the leading causes of death in US teens and adults under 35 – though we have some of the lowest teen suicide rates worldwide.
